About AndreaI am a proud native of Lane County and truly appreciate everything our community has to offer. I have been in the general real estate field for over fifteen years, with experience in banking, real estate finance and construction. In 2003 I became a licensed real estate broker with the Windermere Lane County team. My husband of 15 years, Mike Gramzow, is a licensed builder/general contractor. In the last few years we have expanded our family to include two beautiful children, Clara and Kian. Together, Mike and I have developed property and built many homes for ourselves and others. Going through the development process has made me personally aware of the challenges one faces in taking on such a project, and it has prepared me for better serving my clients. In my spare time I am a runner and participate in local race events. I have completed five marathons and enjoy pursuing the challenge. I also love to cook, hike, bike, and read (especially to my kids).
My Work Ethic...Customer service and communication are my number one priority. I take pride in meeting the needs of my clients by being a good listener, a trusted and competent advisor and by always doing my homework. I undertand and appreciate the value of creating an environment in which my clients feel comfortable and well informed. My goal is to provide a level of such superior service that even after the transaction closes, I am able to retain my clients for life.
